The Department of Health tracks the COVID-19 statistics daily.  The daily statistics include the number of individuals who are tested, the number of positive tests, the number of deaths, and the number of individuals who were released from isolation.  In addition, there is information on guidance provided by the State of Hawaii on coping with COVID-19.

FAQs developed by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (DLIR) and DLIR’s federal partners related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.  There is information on who is eligible and how to file for unemployment benefits in Hawaii.


U.S. Economic Impact Payment Information

The Internal Revenue Service is committed to helping you get your Economic Impact Payment as soon as possible. The payments, also referred to by some as stimulus payments, are automatic for most taxpayers. No further action is needed by taxpayers who filed tax returns in 2018 and 2019 and most seniors and retirees. 

The Consumer Protection Bureau has "A Guide to COVID-19 Economic Stimulus Relief" and a video on what non-tax filers need to know about Economic Impact Payments.


COVID-19 Impact: Housing Issues (Legal Aid Society of Hawaii)

There is currently a federal eviction moratorium under the CARES (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security) Act. Hawaii state courts have an effective moratorium on evictions as District Courts are not taking summary possession cases (exceptions for health and safety) until after April 30, 2020.

COVID-19 Testing for Residents who cannot leave their home

Please call the Queen's COVID-19 hotline at (808) 691-2619. A nurse or other qualified health professional will screen you for COVID-19 symptoms.  If applicable, a nurse will do a home visit and perform a COVID-19 test at your home.
